Up until installing/uninstalling the vMod Suite everything was working fine. I see some didn't read anything but the title of the topic lol. It screws with my eyes and I shouldn't need cat eye in a house because its pitch black. Sometimes Im just running around and the screen goes very dark and blurry with no apparent affect on the HUD or Pip Boy. I made this video to better show what has been happening to me. Setting Controls (keyboard/mouse) to Default did not change anything (though nothing looked out of order). I started a new game, but that didn't help. After installing, and then uninstalling, the vMod Suite I found that my Right Mouse Button/Mouse 2 Button has stopped working - making the game effectively unplayable, of course :biggrin.
